Eligibility
- You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order if you are unsatisfied with the product quality.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- Before returning, please take photos and contact our customer service for confirmation.

- Return shipping costs are not covered, and we do not provide refunds for any return shipping fees.
- To ensure a successful return and refund:

Exchange Policy
We do not provide replacements for damage caused by:
- Accidents, natural disasters, or misuse
- Improper operation or intentional damage
- Failure to disassemble the product following instructions
We offer exchanges in these cases:

Damaged Items Due to Shipping
- Inspect your package upon arrival. Some wear on the outer carton is normal, but if the item inside is damaged, retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately.

- If any parts are missing from your package, please reach out to us.

Price Adjustment Policy
- If the current price is lower than your purchase price, no refunds or adjustments will be provided.
- If the current price is higher, your original purchase price remains valid.

Product Unavailability During Warranty Period
- If an item is discontinued or out of stock during the 12-month warranty period, we will offer a replacement with a product of similar value, size, type, or color.

Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:

- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

International Shipments
- If you fail to arrange receipt of your package, the shipping company may destroy it. In such cases:
- We will not issue a refund.
- We cannot accept returns or reimburse shipping costs.
