Return Policy

Eligibility

  • You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order if you are unsatisfied with the product quality.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Before returning, please take photos and contact our customer service for confirmation.

Important Notes

  1. Return shipping costs are not covered, and we do not provide refunds for any return shipping fees.
  2. To ensure a successful return and refund:
    • Follow our return procedure.
    • Provide the tracking number once the return is shipped.
  3. Please review our Refund Policy to understand how much you will receive for a return.

Exchange Policy

We do not provide replacements for damage caused by:

  • Accidents, natural disasters, or misuse
  • Improper operation or intentional damage
  • Failure to disassemble the product following instructions

We offer exchanges in these cases:

  1. Damaged Items Due to Shipping

    • Inspect your package upon arrival. Some wear on the outer carton is normal, but if the item inside is damaged, retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately.
  2. Missing Accessories

    • If any parts are missing from your package, please reach out to us.
  3. Price Adjustment Policy

    • If the current price is lower than your purchase price, no refunds or adjustments will be provided.
    • If the current price is higher, your original purchase price remains valid.
  4. Product Unavailability During Warranty Period

    • If an item is discontinued or out of stock during the 12-month warranty period, we will offer a replacement with a product of similar value, size, type, or color.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 1-7 business days (processing time depends on your bank/payment provider).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as they may have additional delays.
  4. If you've done all the above and still haven't received your refund, please email us at info@grandjoyfaucet.com.

International Shipments

  • If you fail to arrange receipt of your package, the shipping company may destroy it. In such cases:
    • We will not issue a refund.
    • We cannot accept returns or reimburse shipping costs.
