Processing & Delivery Times

- For in‑stock items, delivery time is typically 3–5 business days.
- Pre‑order items are usually shipped within 2–4 weeks from purchase date.
Shipping Carrier Orders are normally shipped via FedEx.
Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours at info@grandjoyfaucet.com if damage is discovered. All details are outlined in our Dispatch & Delivery Policy.
12. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if unsatisfied with product quality. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–7 business days after inspection.

13. WARRANTIES
Grandjoy provides limited warranty coverage as follows:
- Bathroom Products: Limited Lifetime Warranty and 5‑Year Limited Warranty (depending on product type).
- Furniture Products: 24‑Month Limited Warranty.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as explicitly stated in our Product Warranty Policies, all Services and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grandjoy Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our Site or products.
Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product that gave rise to the claim.

Arbitration will take place in Colorado Springs, Colorado (USA).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
21. LIMITATION ON TIME TO FILE CLAIMS
ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM ARISES, OR IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
