A1: Our showerheads and faucets are primarily made from high-quality brass and stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion.
Q2: What is the flow rate of your showerheads?
A2: Our product flow rates vary depending on their usage: general showerheads have a flow rate of 2.5 gallons per minute (GPM), basin faucets are at 1.2 GPM, bathtub showers also have a flow rate of 2.5 GPM, and kitchen faucets operate at 1.8 GPM.
2. Installation Process
Q1: Do I need professional help to install my new showerhead or faucet?
A1: All our shower systems are suitable for new or remodeled bathrooms. Installation requires tile/fixture removal and re-piping, so we recommend consulting your plumber before purchase. Most accessory products can be self-installed.

Warranty is valid from the date of purchase to the original purchaser (consumer) only
Q2: How can I contact support if I encounter issues with my purchase?
A2: If you have any further questions or need additional support, please feel free to contact us at info@grandjoyfaucet.com or call our customer support team at 1-888-969-6880.
4.Thermostatic vs. Pressure Balance Valves
Q1: What is the difference between a thermostatic valve and a pressure balance valve?
A1:
Thermostatic Valve:
- Principle: Utilizes a temperature sensor to monitor the outlet water temperature and automatically adjusts the proportion of hot and cold water to maintain a consistent preset temperature.
- Function: Provides precise temperature control, ensuring stable water temperature even with pressure fluctuations. Simply set your ideal temperature once, and it will consistently maintain that setting until you choose to change it.
Pressure Balance Valve:
- Principle: Uses a sliding mechanism or piston to balance the pressure difference between hot and cold water, preventing sudden temperature changes due to pressure variations.
- Function: Prevents abrupt temperature shifts when water pressure is unstable but does not provide precise temperature control.
Q2: Which valve type is better for preventing scalding?
A2: Both valves offer scald protection, but a thermostatic valve provides more precise temperature control, making it superior for preventing scalding, especially in households with young children or elderly individuals.
