  • Security Circumvention — to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site, any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the above.

You understand that your content (excluding payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks and adapted to technical requirements; payment card information is always encrypted during transfer.

  • We may limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction, limit quantities, and discontinue products at our discretion. Offers are void where prohibited.

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including in pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, and availability) and change or cancel orders — even after submission — without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order — including orders under the same account, payment card, or billing/shipping address, and orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. We may also refuse or cancel orders that we suspect involve fraud, unauthorized, or illegal activity. If we change or cancel your order, we may notify you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of the order.

Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and account information (see "Account Terms" above).

If we believe you have failed to comply with any term, we may terminate at any time without notice; you will remain liable for amounts due up to and including the date of termination. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreements.
