Deck-Mounted Liquid Soap Dispenser with 360-Degree Swivel Spout and Top-Fill Pump

This deck-mounted liquid soap dispenser installs through a countertop opening and keeps a 500 mL soap bottle stored below the surface, leaving the sink deck clear. A 360-degree swivel spout directs soap toward the basin, while the pump design supports refilling from the top. It is suitable for kitchen and bathroom sinks in residential settings.

Keeping the soap bottle below the counter frees the sink deck for daily washing and food preparation, so the pump head and spout are the only visible parts of the fixture. The 360-degree swivel spout moves over the basin or toward the side of the sink, supporting hand washing, dish rinsing, and quick cleanups.

The pump head, pump body, threaded tube, and mounting nut are brass, giving the assembly a solid foundation for repeated daily use. Installation uses the existing countertop or sink opening, and the dispenser is secured from below with the supplied mounting components. The bottle and suction tube remain under the counter and connect to the pump through that opening.

Refilling is done from the top of the pump head, so soap can be added without reaching under the sink to remove the bottle. Routine cleaning stays simple because only the pump and spout need attention above the counter, and the finish is tested for corrosion resistance for everyday use near water.
